Two years ago, The Grinch had a transformation after meeting with the naturopathic doctors at Saskatoon Naturopathic Medicine. His heart grew three sizes and his whole life expanded with it. He felt amazing, found purpose, built a family, and stepped into a version of himself he never thought possible.

But life gets full. Follow-ups get skipped. Old habits sneak in. And slowly, even the biggest heart can lose its spark.
