## We are Hiring - Clinic Office Manager

Saskatoon Naturopathic Medicine is seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee clinic operations and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who is passionate about customer service, operational excellence, and creating a welcoming environment where patients receive outstanding care from their first point of contact through their ongoing treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the clinic to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

• Develop, implement, and maintain clinic policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Plan and coordinate clinic events, meetings, training sessions, and staff development activities.

• Manage inventory and maintain effective relationships with vendors and service providers.

• Provide leadership for human resource activities, including scheduling, payroll administration, performance management, employee training, and retention initiatives.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging workplace culture.

• Support and execute marketing initiatives that promote clinic services and community engagement.

• Carry out operational priorities and projects as directed by the Clinic Directors and strategic business plans.

• Manage financial and bookkeeping activities, including bill payments, daily sales reporting, and accounting functions using QuickBooks.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• 3-5+ years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare clinic professional office.

• Experience managing teams and coordinating day to day operations.

• Strong financial and administrative skills, with experience using QuickBooks or comparable accounting systems.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Sound judgment and critical-thinking skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.

## Naturopathic Doctor - Cancer Care Focus

Saskatoon Naturopathic Medicine is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Naturopathic Doctor to join our team, with a special interest in integrative cancer care . Due to increasing demand and a current waitlist for oncology-focused naturopathic services, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to support patients navigating complex health challenges within a collaborative, comprehensive care environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced team of naturopathic doctors and allied health professionals to provide thoughtful evidence-informed care to patients across a range of clinical areas, with a primary focus on cancer support. While prior experience in integrative oncology is strongly preferred, we are open to mentoring a motivated practitioner who demonstrates strong clinical foundations, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in developing expertise in this area.

Mentorship and clinical guidance will be provided by Dr. Amy Velichka, ND, who has over 14 years of clinical experience with a focus on integrative oncology, to support the associate in developing confidence and competence in cancer-focused naturopathic care.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with cancer-related concerns
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans
- Collaborate with internal practitioners and external healthcare providers as appropriate
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, professionalism, and ethical practice
- Contribute to a supportive, team-based clinic culture

Position Requirements

- Demonstrated interest in working with patients navigating cancer and complex chronic conditions; prior experience in integrative oncology is an asset, but not required
- Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and treatment-planning skills
- Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in complex clinical contexts
- Commitment to evidence-informed, collaborative naturopathic practice
- Openness to mentorship and ongoing professional development in cancer care
- IV therapy certification (or eligibility to obtain certification within an agreed-upon timeframe)
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Naturopathic Doctor in Saskatchewan; new graduates actively pursuing licensure are welcome to apply
