## How to upload to your Patient Portal

Your OutSmart Patient Portal gives you access to your past Treatment Plans and lab testing results that have been run through Saskatoon Naturopathic Medicine. You can also upload your own documents, imaging, and other test results so your ND can see these items right away.

TO BEGIN: Log in to your eHealth Saskatchewan account.

#### Step 1

On your main dashboard, click the circle in the top right corner that has your initials in it.

#### Step 2

Choose “Files and Reports”.

#### Step 3

Click "Create Export" .

#### Step 4

Ensure PDF is selected and click " Next" .

#### Step 5

Click  “Unselect All”.

#### Step 6

Check off “Laboratory Test Results” , then Next.

#### Step 7

Choose your date range and then click "Export" .

#### Step 8

Your report will process and when it is ready you will see this screen to download the PDF.

#### *Make sure you know where your PDFs are being saved on your computer or your mobile device, so you know where to find the report to complete the last step.

LAST STEP: Go to your OutSmart Patient Portal and click “Documents and Uploads”. Once you select the Patient Name and Practitioner Name, you can drag-and-drop the PDF you just saved.
