Love My Health PRO


Love My Health PRO looks at 125 genetic markers and is designed to empower individuals to improve their health. Genetic information from this test allows your healthcare practitioner to guide you on personalized, actionable nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle recommendations. The Love My Health PRO report includes information unique to your genetics on:

Brain Health Report Add-On

This is an optional add-on to the Love My Health PRO test. This add-on provides additional information on how your genes related to known dietary and lifestyle factors can aid in prevention of cognitive decline and support brain repair. The personalized assessment helps to inform strategies to minimize inflammation and oxidative stress in the brain.


Match My Meds

This is a separate test or can be added to a Love My Health PRO test. Pharmacogenetic testing can help determine whether certain pharmaceutical medications will work and at what dose, to help minimize adverse reactions and increase therapeutic success. Match My Meds covers 130 drug compounds. This test provides useful information for patients to have as they work with prescribers on their healthcare team.


There are many types of DNA testing available these days. As a clinic, we have chosen DNA Labs for their quality, technical and ethical standards, affordability, and respect for patient data privacy. The test involves a simple cheek swab done at home, which is then shipped to the lab for testing. A report is provided which includes tailored information pertaining to the version of the test you chose. The report will then be shared with your naturopathic doctor to interpret based on your health history and current complaints. A Love My Health PRO consultation is required to review the results with your naturopathic doctor to highlight your priorities and integrate results into your current health plan.
