Dr. Sieben ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor. She is a firm believer in collaborative, integrative care and works with her patients to support them wherever they are at on their wellness journey.
While she has a particular interest in treating skin and mental health conditions, she takes a holistic approach to assessment and treatment to identify all areas of health that may need to be addressed in order to achieve her patient's health goals.
Dr. Sieben is grateful for the time she gets to spend with patients to help them understand and navigate their health journey. This may include identifying nutrition and lifestyle factors that may be impacting them, using natural health products appropriately, and how to safely use natural health products alongside pharmaceutical medicines to optimize health outcomes. Naturopathic medicine can be used safely, effectively, and collaboratively alongside conventional medicine, and can help to reduce gaps in care including ordering and reviewing routine or comprehensive bloodwork.
Dr. Sieben is a graduate of the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, British Columbia (2018), and is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), Saskatchewan Association of Naturopathic Doctors (SAND), and the Saskatchewan Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (SANP).
When she is not in the office, Dr. Sieben loves to learn and experience new things - most recently, fishing, camping, and learning Spanish.
